• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, and business information (for gym administrators).
• Student Information: Names, dates of birth, emergency contacts, and other information about students enrolled in classes.
• Payment Information: Billing address and payment details (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store complete card numbers).
• Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.
• Waiver Information: Digital signatures and waiver acknowledgments.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, and time spent on the Service.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.

4.1 With Gym Administrators

If you are a parent or student using the Service through a gym, the gym administrators can access information you provide, including student information, enrollment details, attendance records, and payment history.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Website hosting
• Resend: Email delivery

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order;
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Valor Automation LLC, our users, or others;

Service Provider Relationship: When we process personal information on behalf of a gym (our customer), we act as a "service provider" under CCPA. In this role, we process personal information only as directed by the gym and as permitted by our agreement with them.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service collects information about children (students) enrolled in classes. This information is provided by parents/guardians or gym administrators, not directly by children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

Parents/guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting us or the relevant gym administrator.

11. International Users

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. We may also notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes.
